i-Newswire, 2005-04-24 - A new search engine is now available that provides Google results and donates advertising revenue to the Children's Miracle Network. Unlike other search engines, Clicks4Charit.org is completely not for profit.
This site is able to function because of the Google Adsense Websearch program, which allows other users to feed searchers into Google's system. When a search is made through the Clicks4Charity website, Google returns sponsored and natural results. These results are the same as the ones users receive searching directly from the Google site. If a user clicks on one of the sponsored links Google splits the fee that it charges the sponsor with Clicks4Charity. We simply collect the checks and donate them to our favorite organization, Childrens Miracle Network.
